摘　　要：研究了一种饱和器法氨废气处理装置及处理工艺,改进了饱和器的结构,采用设备外管道分配器替代原母液分配器。运用改进设备的工艺处理医药生产中排出的含氨废气、废水,彻底解决了废气、废水的达标排放问题。We studied and found new treatment facilities and process called Saturator Method for the treatment ot ammonia exhaust gas. We improved the structure of the saturator, used the equipment pipeline distributor to re- place the original liquor distributor. Using the new process with improved equipment for the treatment of waste gas, waste water containing ammonia discharged from pharmaceutical production, is reasonable in process and ad- vanced in technology with good performance of acid resistant equipment, less investment and high efficiency. It can completely solve the discharging problem of waste gas, waste water and meet discharging standards.
