摘  要:为了解决开滦集团有限公司赵各庄煤矿通风系统存在的问题,论文结合该矿实际情况并考虑到下一步方案,提出了取消对角通风、简化通风系统的优化方案,从生产布局、风机运行和风网能力等几个方面对改造方案进行了可行性分析论证,并利用风丸系统,通过模拟矿井通风系统优化后的风量变化情况,验证了方案的改进效果,对技术效果和经济效益作了展望。将优化方案应用于矿井后,矿井内部漏风量减少,使矿井有效风量率得到提高,为矿井的安全生产提供了可靠的保障。To analyze the existing problems of ventilation system in Zhaogezhuang coal mine of KaiLuan Group Company Limited, combined with the actual situation and the next program, this paper puts forward the optimi- zation plan which cancel diagonal ventilation and simplify ventilation system. It analyzes and demonstrates the feasible of optimization plan from several aspects which are location of production, fan running and ventilation capacity. Relied on the computer simulation system, through simulating the change of air volume in the mine ventilation system, it shows the modification effect of plan by simulation, looks ahead the technical effect and e- conomic performance. After optimization scheme was applied to the mine, mine internal leakage air volume decreases, the mine air flow rate was improved effectively, which provides the reliable guarantee for safety production of mine.
