摘  要:目的研究微波对病媒昆虫卵、蛹的杀灭处理效果。方法用微波设备进行定量杀灭试验。结果微波设备在放入模拟垃圾条件下,经微波6 kw照射6 min对家蝇蛹及淡色库蚊蛹杀灭率达100%;经微波6kw照射7 min,对美洲大蠊卵杀灭率达100%。结论微波对家蝇蛹、淡色库蚊蛹、美洲大蠊卵具有良好杀灭效果,值得进一步研究。Objective To study the insecticidal and treatment effect of microwave on the eggs and pupae of medical insects. Methods Microwave equipment was applied to conduct insecticidal experiments quantitatively. Results Simulated waste was put into the microwave equipment. The insecticidal ratio of microwave on pupae of Musca domestica and Culex pipiens pallens reached 100% when they were exposed to microwave with 6 kw for 6 minutes,and100% on eggs of Periplaneta americana when they were exposed to microwave with 6 kw for 7 minutes. Conclusion The microwave equipment possessed good insecticidal effect on pupae of Musca domestica and Culex pipiens pallens and eggs of Periplaneta americana,which is worth further research.
