摘 要:目的了解江西省部分地区致倦库蚊对高效氯氰菊酯、胺菊酯、溴氰菊酯3种拟除虫菊酯抗药性,为指导蚊虫控制工作提供科学依据。方法采用浸渍法测定致倦库蚊幼虫半数致死浓度(LC50)。结果相较于2014年,抚州市、九江市、新余市3地市致倦库蚊对高效氯氰菊酯的抗性倍率分别上升21.06、3.78和6.98倍;对胺菊酯抗性倍率上升6.8、0.63和3倍;对溴氰菊酯的抗性倍率分别上升7.67、4.87和5.34倍。除此之外,新增加的上饶、吉安2个监测点中致倦库蚊对3种拟除虫菊酯均表现中高抗药性。结论除科学合理地使用杀虫剂交替轮用外,还应重点开展城市的环境治理,通过综合性的防治措施,延缓致倦库蚊抗药性的发展。Objective To investigate the change of the resistance of Cluex quinquefasciatus to beta-cypermethrin,tetramethrin and deltamethrinin different regions of Jiangxi Province. Methods Larva soaking method was used in this bioassay. Results Compared with the data in 2014,the resistance ratios( RR) of Cluex quinquefasciatus to betacypermethrin in Fuzhou,Jiujiang and Xinyu were up to 21. 06,3. 78 and 6. 98,while the RRs to tetramethrin in these cities were up to 6. 8,0. 63 and 3. Moreover,the RRs to deltamethrin were up to 7. 67,4. 87 and 5. 34. Resistances of Cluex quinquefasciatus Shangrao and Jianto those insecticides were in middle or high level. Conclusion In order to delay resistance evolution,alternating the pesticides is important,so as the integrated management should be promoted.
