摘  要:目的了解高密市淡色库蚊对常用杀虫剂的抗药性状况。方法浸渍法测定淡色库蚊Ⅲ龄末Ⅳ龄初幼虫对杀虫剂的半数致死浓度(LC_(50)),并通过与实验室敏感品系的比较得到抗性倍数。结果高密市淡色库蚊对双硫磷、残杀威、仲丁威和氯菊酯均产生抗药性,双硫磷抗性倍数为13.32,残杀威抗性倍数为5.34,氯菊酯抗性倍数为4.59,仲丁威抗性倍数为4.27。溴氰菊酯和高效氯氰菊酯为敏感,抗性倍数分别为2.56、1.39。结论高密市淡色库蚊对双硫磷、残杀威、仲丁威、氯菊酯抗性水平较高,应高度关注杀虫剂的抗性状况,定期开展抗药性监测工作,指导合理使用杀虫剂。Objective To survey the insecticides resistance level of Culex pipiens pallens in Gaomi City. Methods Dipping method was used to determine the median lethal concentration( LC50) of mosquito larvae,obtaining the resistance ratios( RRs) by comparing LC50 s with susceptible strain. Results The wild population of Culex pipiens pallens of Gaomi City developed 13. 32,5. 34,4. 59 and 4. 27 folds resistance respectively to temephos,propoxur,permethrin and fenobucarb. The mosquitoes were susceptible to deltamethrin and beta-cypermethrin with RR of 2. 56 and 1. 39. Conclusion The surveillance on insecticides resistance should be carried out routinely,and provide guidance for using insecticides reasonably.
