摘 要:医院质量管理的关键点在于科室质量管理,科室质量管理的切入点则是科室质量与安全管理团队。文章利用SWOT分析法,全面客观地分析科室质量与安全管理团队在医院进行持续改进工作中所存在的劣势、优势、机遇及挑战,并结合医疗质量持续改进工作的4种策略,更好地提升医院的品牌文化和综合实力。The key point of hospital quality management is department quality management, whose entry point is the quality and safety department management team. In this paper, SWOT analysis was carried out to analyze comprehensively and objectively the quality and safety department management team on its existence of weaknesses, strengths, opportunities and challenges during continuous improvements in hospital. It combined with four kinds of health care continuous quality improvement strategies to better enhance the brand culture and overall strength of the hospital.
