摘　　要：目的在军民融合发展新形势下为控制军队医院住院费用过快增长提供循证决策依据。方法从某军队医院HIS系统中导出2011—2015年甲亢、Ⅱ型糖尿病、腰椎间盘突出等3种常见疾病的住院病例费用信息,统计分析住院费用及其变化趋势。结果甲亢住院患者次均住院费用呈增长趋势,Ⅱ型糖尿病和腰椎间盘突出症住院患者次均住院费用呈递减趋势;甲亢的费用结构中所占比例较高的有诊疗费、检查费用、药费和其他费用;Ⅱ型糖尿病费用结构中所占比例较高的有其他费用、药费、诊疗费用和检查费用,且均呈上升趋势;腰椎间盘突出的费用结构中所占比例较高的有次均手术费用、诊疗费用、其他费用和检查费用。结论住院患者数有减少趋势;住院费用有下降趋势;技术性收费占比明显增加;军民融合程度有待进一步提高。Objective To offer decision basis for the hospitalization expense control under the new situation of military and civilian integration. Methods The hospitalization expense data of hyperthyroidism, type Ⅱ diabetes and lumbar intervertebral disc hernia was exported from the hospital information management system of a military hospital, and was applied to statistical analysis. Results The average hospitalization expense of hyperthyroidism was on the rise and that of the other two diseases went down. Consultation costs, inspection costs, and drug costs took high proportions in the cost structure of hyperthyroidism. Drug costs, consultation costs, and inspection costs took high proportions in the cost structure of Type Ⅱ Diabetes. Surgery costs, consultation costs and inspection costs took high proportions in the cost structure of lumbar intervertebral disc hernia. Conclusion The hospitalized patients and hospitalization expense had a declining trend. The technical fees took a higher proportion. The integrated military and civilian should be improved.
