新形势下科研单位农业科技成果转化面临的机遇和挑战

摘　　要：科技成果转化是提高我国农业现代化水平的主要推手,也是促进科技成果向市场流通的一个重点工作。在当前优化农业结构调整、促进城乡一体化发展和缓解国际金融危机重要需求的新形势下,农业科技成果转化过程中面临国内和国外市场多重考验、科技产品更新周期短和市场环境变化的挑战,提出坚持"产、学、研、推"相结合的科研道路、运用现代信息技术、完善农业科技成果中介服务体系和稳定农业推广队伍、健全农业推广体系促进农业科技成果转化的对策。The scientific achievement transformation is an important way to enhance the level of agricultural modernization, and an important job for promoting scientific achievements into the market circulation. Under current situation of agricultural structure adjustment, the promotion of urban - rural integration development, and mitigation of the global financial crisis, the agricultural achievement transformation is facing a lot of changes, such as the multiple tests in domestic and foreign markets, short update period for technological products, market environment variety, and so on. In subsequence, it put forward some countermeasures for agricultural achievement transformation, such as promoting the combination with production, science, research and market, using modern information technology, improving intermediary service system construction, and enhancing agricultural technology popularization system.
