摘　　要：编务是编辑工作的重要组成部分,沟通协调能力是编务人员必需具备的基本素养。本文概述了编务沟通协调能力的重要性以及提高编务人员沟通能力的基本途径,以期为期刊的良好发展提供参考。Editing affairs is an important part of editing work. Communication and coordination skill is necessary for editing affairs staff. This paper summarizes the importance of communication and coordi- nation skills and the ways to improve it to provide a reference for the journal development.
