摘　　要：目的探讨SP110基因的单核苷酸多态性(SNP)位点与肺结核易感性的关系。方法选取58例肺结核患者(试验组)和62例健康志愿者(对照组),进行SNP分型分析,比较两组SP110基因SNP位点rs2114592和rs3948464的基因型和等位基因频率。结果 rs2114592位点的基因型有3种,两组的基因型和等位基因频率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。rs3948464位点的基因型在两组中均为CC型,未检测到其他2种基因型。结论 SP110基因rs2114592和rs3948464位点的多态性与肺结核的易感性无关。Objective To study the relationship between single nucleotide polymorphism（SNP） loci of SPll0 gene and the susceptibility of pulmonary tuberculosis（PTB）. Methods SNP genotypes were analyzed in PTB patients（group A, 58 cases） and healthy volunteers（group B, 62 cases）. The frequencies of genotype and allele in rs2114592 and rs3948464 loci of SP110 gene were compared between two groups. Results There were three genotypes in rs2114592 loci. There were no statistic differences in the frequencies of genotype and allele between two groups（P〉0. 05）. The genotype of rs3948464 loci was CC in both groups of A and B. Conclusion The polymorphism of rs2114592 and rs3948464 loci in SP110 gene is not associated with PTB susceptibility.
