摘 要:目的构建小学生健康素养评价指标体系,为进行小学生健康素养监测提供评价工具。方法通过文献分析和德尔菲法构建小学生健康素养评价指标体系,采用层次分析法确定指标体系的权重。结果专家平均年龄(43.4±7.2)岁,平均从事专业年限为(19.2±8.5)a,58.8%的专家为副高以上职称;两轮咨询专家积极性系数分别为85%、100%,专家权威系数均超过0.82;经过两轮咨询后,3个维度的专家协调系数分别为0.365、0.373、0.444,均具有显著性(P<0.01);构建成包括3个一级指标、53个二级指标的评价体系;各级指标一致性指标CI和一致性比率CR均小于0.10,通过一致性检验。结论小学健康素养评价指标体系的构建科学、合理,权重的计算结果可被接受,可初步用于小学生的健康素养测评。[ Objective ] To establish a evaluation index system for primary school students" health literacy, and provide a foundation for monitoring their health literacy. [Methods] Literature analysis and Delphi were used to establish evaluation index system, and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was used to determine the weights of index. [Results] The average age of experts was (43.4±7.2) years, the average service length was (19.2±8.5) years, about 58.8% were above assistant professor academic rank. The enthusiasm coefficient of experts were 85% and 100% in the 2 rounds of consultation, the authorities score were both more than 0,82. After 2 rounds of consultation , the harmonious coefficients were 0.365,0.373,0.444 with significance(P〈0.01 ).The evaluation index system consisted of 3 first-level indicators and 53 second-level indicators. The CI and CR of all various indexes were all less than 0.10 , therefore all weights met the consistency test. [Conclusion] The evaluation index system for primary school students health literacy is scientific and reasonable, the weight of indicators can be accepted, the evaluation index system can be used to evaluate the primary school students health literacy.
