摘 要:以泡花碱为原料,采用离子树脂交换法合成纳米诱垢剂,并用硅烷偶联剂进行表面包覆。使用X-射线衍射能谱、透射电子显微镜、旋转挂片试验仪表征了该诱垢剂的结构、形貌及其对硫酸钡(锶)垢的防垢性能。结果表明,制备的纳米诱垢剂具有非晶型结构,颗粒呈球形,平均粒径2nm,不同浓度的水样中加入该诱垢剂后结垢最大降低率均达到50%以上。最后,对该诱垢剂的诱垢机理进行了理论分析。The nanometer scale revulsant was synthesized by means of ion exchange resin method,using sodium silicate as raw material and silane coupling agent as surfactant.The structure and morphology of the nanoscale revulsant were investigated by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM),and the scale inhibition on barium sulfate scale(SR) was tested by rotary coupon test intrument.The results showed that the crystal is amorphous,the particles are spherical with an average size of approximate 2 nm.The scale inhibition studies indicated that the scale maximum reduction rate reached 50 % or more by joining the scale inducing agent of different concentration in water samples.Finally,the mechanism of scale-revulsing was theoretic analysed.
