急性低频感音神经性听力损失限水治疗及随访

摘　　要：目的探讨急性低频感音神经性听力损失的规范治疗及随访。方法回顾性分析患者的发病特点、疗效及6月-36月的随访结果。结果本组39例（41耳）急性低频感音神经性听力损失患者经限水治疗后37例（37耳）听力完全恢复，短期治疗有效率达90．2％，有2例患者经随访发现确诊为同侧梅尼埃病。结论限水治疗及完善的随访体系对急性低频感音神经性听力损失患者同样重要。Objective To investigate the acute low-tone sensorineural hearing loss of clinical features, treatment and follow-up. Methods Audiometric and imaging results were reviewed for patients with acute low tone sensorineural hearing loss admitted to our hospital. Results Thirty-nine patients（41 ears）with ALHI. were selected for this study. 37 patients （37 ears）were fully recovered. Hearing recovery occurred after treatment within 5 days, short-term effective rate of 90. 2%. 2 patients were diagnosed Meniere＇s disease by follow-up. Conclusion It is important to controlled transfusion as well as follow-up system for patients with acute low-tone sensorineural hearing loss.
