摘 要:目的掌握湘潭地区井水中重金属锑含量水平,为饮水锑暴露评估提供基础数据。方法采用GB/T 5750.6-2006 19.1氢化物原子荧光法测定本地区2014-2015年井水中重金属锑,并按国家限量标准和重金属单因子污染指数法评价其污染状况。结果在212份井水样品中,检出率为54.2%。井水总锑含量平均数为1.2μg/L,中位数为1.3μg/L,P5-P95范围为ND-3.4μg/L。其重金属单因子污染指数为0.24,处于清洁水平。结论湘潭地区井水样品处于清洁水平。Objective To investigate content of antimony in the well water, provide the basic data for drinking water exposure evaluation. Methods The content of antimony in local area well water from 2014 to 2015 was detected by Hydride Generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry (GB/T 5750.6-2006 19.1), and the antimony pollution is evaluated by the method of single factor pollution index and China national tolerance limit. Result 212 samples were analyzed, the determination rate was 54.2 %, the average of total antimony was 1.2 μg/L, the medium was 1.3 μg/kg, and P5-P95 was ND-3.4 μg/kg. The single factor pollution index is 0.24, suggesting the samples involved were clean. Conclusion The well water in Xiangtan is clean and there is no antimony pollution in the well water in Hunan province.
