糖尿病孕妇胎儿心脏超声检查的临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨对糖尿病孕妇胎儿实施心脏超声检查的临床价值。方法将2015年8月-2016年6月深圳市宝安区妇幼保健院接收的43例糖尿病孕妇胎儿作为研究对象,另选取同时期47例正常孕妇胎儿作为研究对照,比较两组胎儿的心脏超声检查结果。结果两组胎儿心脏功能变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而在心脏形态(IVS、LVDD、LVSD、PVDD、RVSD)上比较,两组胎儿之间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病孕妇胎儿出现心脏畸形的可能性比较大,临床上对使用胎儿心脏超声检查能够进一步排除心脏畸形,并且以此为基础对孕妇进行科学有效的管理和引导,能够在一定程度上降低胎儿心脏畸形的发生。方法经过验证,临床效果显著,值得借鉴并予以推广。Objective To explore the clinical value of echocardiography in the fetus of diabetic pregnant women. Methods From August 2015 to June 2016, 43 fetuses of diabetic pregnant women in Bao＇ an Women and Children Health Care Hospital were selected as the research object, 47 fetuses of normal pregnant women were selected in the same period as the control group, the results of eehocardiograpby between the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in cardiac function between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）, but there was significant difference in the cardiac morphology （ IVS, LVDD, LVSD, PVDD, RVSD） between the two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The possibility of fetal heart malformations among diabetes mellitus pregnant women is relatively large, fetal echoeardiography can further eliminate heart malformation in clinical. On the basis, scientific and effective management and guidance can be conducted on pregnant women, which can reduce the occurrence of fetal heart malformation in a certain extent. This method was verified, and the clinical effect is remarkable, this method is worth learning and promotion.
