居家护理对TESSYS手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症术后患者健康促进的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨居家护理方案在经皮椎间孔镜（Transforaminal endoscopic spine system,TESSYS）下治疗腰椎间盘突出症术后患者的应用效果.方法 选取TESSYS手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的患者62例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,两组患者入院时进行SF-36评分、VAS评分,于出院6个月时复行SF-36评分,对两组间和组内结果进行比较.结果 出院6个月时,观察组和对照组SF-36各维度评分均较入院时提高,除对照组情感职能维度外,其余维度组内比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;入组时两组SF-36各维度得分差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,出院6个月时观察组SF-36各维度评分中除身体疼痛（BP）维度外,其余各维度得分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 居家护理对TESSYS手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症术后患者的生存质量有积极影响,可推广应用.Objective To explore the application effect of home-care nursing program to the patients treatedby the TESSYS （transforaminal endoscopic spine system） operation for prolapse of lumber intervertebral disc. MethodsA total of 62 cases of patients treated by the TESSYS operation for prolapse of lumber intervertebral disc were selectedas the research objects and were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The scores of SF-36 andVAS of the two groups at hospital admission were recorded, and the SF-36 score was recorded again 6 months after dischargefrom hospital. The inter-group results and the intra-group results were compared. Results The scores of each dimensionof SF-36 of the two groups 6 months after discharge was all improved than that before the hospital admission.There was statistical significance in terms of the inter-group comparison of other dimension except the dimension of emotionalrole of the control group （P〈0. 05）. There was no statistical significance in terms of the differences of the scoresof each dimension of SF-36 between the two groups at the beginning （P〉0. 05） . The scores of all other dimensions ofSF-36 of the observation group 6 months after discharge were all higher than that of the control group except the score ofthe dimension of body pain, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0. 05） . Conclusions The home-carenursing plays a positive role in the quality of life of the patients treated by the TESSYS operation for prolapse of lumberintervertebral disc, which is worth of popularization and application.
