摘 要:目的:对闽产钩吻进行系统的质量标准研究。方法:采用经验和显微鉴别法对闽产钩吻进行药材性状鉴别和显微鉴别;参照中国药典附录相关方法,对药材水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、醇溶性浸出物及钩吻素子含量等进行测定。结果:对闽产钩吻的药材性状和显微鉴定进行了描述,该方法具有较强的专属性。10批样品钩吻素子的平均含量为0.34%,平均水分含量10.0%,平均总灰分6.9%,平均酸不溶性灰分1.2%,平均醇溶性浸出物13.7%。结论:生药学鉴定及质量检查结果可为闽产钩吻的鉴别、质量标准制订及资源的开发利用提供科学依据。Objective:To study the quality standard system of Fujian Gelsemium elegans. Methods:Empirical and microscopic identification methods were adopted to measure morphological and histological characters. The contents of moisture,total ash,acid-insoluble ash,ethanol-soluble extractives,and koumine were studied according to the methods of Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Results:The macroscopical identification and microscopic features were described. The average contents of koumine,moisture,total ash,acid-insoluble ash,and alcohol-soluble extractive were 0.34%,10.0%,6.9%,1.2%,and 13.7%,respectively. Conclusion:The results of pharmacognostical study and quality inspection provide scientific reference for identification,development of quality standards and utilization of Gelsemium elegans in Fujian province.
