摘　　要：针对混凝土泵车部分工况出现支腿翘腿的问题,基于ANSYS Workbench建立泵车下车装配体的有限元模型,通过合理的接触设置,对结构进行多工况计算分析,形成基于ANSYS Workbench平台的泵车抬腿量计算方法,为泵车下车结构的优化和改型设计提供数值支持,提升设计效率。In view of outriggers tilt up in a concrete pump truck it has to construct a model in finite elements for the under carriage assembly as based on an ANSYS Workbench.And then thru logic contact settings compulation and analyses were done to the assembly under multi conditions so as to have formulated a computation method for the outriggers lift capacity of the pump truck as based on an ANSYS Workbench platform,thus providing data supports for the undercarriage's assembly optimization and reform design,and up grading the design efficiency.
