摘 要:采用共沉淀法制备得到1,5-萘二磺酸根插层的镁铝类水滑石,将其应用于废水中Pb^(2+)的脱除.通过X射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)等表征手段对所制备的粉末样品进行了结构表征.插层后的类水滑石对Pb^(2+)表现出较好的络合分离性能,容量高于110mg/g.本文系统探讨了初始pH、类水滑石的用量、接触时间、络合温度以及Pb^(2+)的初始浓度对脱除溶液中Pb^(2+)的影响.实验结果表明,反应条件对Pb^(2+)的脱除有较大的影响,类水滑石对Pb^(2+)的脱除是通过层间1,5-萘二磺酸根和表面羟基与Pb^(2+)的络合作用实现的.处理后,水溶液中残留的Pb^(2+)浓度低于0.04mg/L,这一结果符合国家地表水环境质量标准的第Ⅲ类标准(≤0.05mg/L).1,5-Naphthalenedisulfonate (1,5-NDS) intercalated MgA1 layered double hydroxide (1,5-NDS-LDH) was prepared by a co-precipitation method. The 1,5-NDS-LDH was used as a functional material for removing Pb^2+ from water. The XRD, IR, SEM and ICP were used to investigate the structure of the product. The prepared 1,5-NDS-LDH sample exhibited excellent removal properties for Pb^2+, with a capacity up to 100.3 mg/g. Furthermore, the influences of initial pH, 1,5-NDS-LDH dosage, contact time, temperature and initial concentration of Pb^2+ on the removal were also discussed. The test results reveal that the removal ability for Pb^2+ is influenced by the conditions. And, the Pb^2+ is removed by 1,5-NDS-LDH with the complexation of the interlayer 1,5-NDS and Pb^2+ surface OH with Pb^2+. After treatment, The Pb^2+ residual is about 0.04 mg/L in aqueous solution, lower than the third class of national surface water environment quality standard (≤0.05 mg/L).
