摘　　要：经过十年发展，香港已迅速发展成为全球人民币流通量最大、产品最集中、投融资最活跃的人民币离岸中心。在岸市场金融改革的持续推进对人民币国际化及离岸市场发展影响深远，文章就新汇改后香港人民币市场的发展变化进行简要分析，并就后续发展中需要注意的问题提出相应建议。After ten years development, Hong Kong has rapidly become the largest offshore RMB market around the world with the most abundant liquidity, the most various products and the most active transactions. The sustained advancement of financial reforms in the onshore market has profound influences on RMB internationalization and offshore RMB market development. The article briefly analyzes Hong Kong RMB market development since the new exchange rate reform, and puts forward some suggestions on issues that need to be aware of in its future developments.
