摘　　要：近年来，我国对外贸易发展迅速，为国际贸易融资业务开辟了广阔的市场。由于国际贸易融资较一般外汇贷款优势明显，倍受青睐，银行、企业都在积极寻求合作。尽管我国的国际贸易融资业务增长较快，但相对发达国家来说还处在初级阶段，在业务操作、风险控制等方面存在较多问题，需要进一步完善外汇管理。China＇s foreign trade has developed fast recently, opening up a broad market for international trade financing. Since international trade financing is more advantageous than ordinary FX loans and largely favored, both banks and enterprises actively seek cooperation opportunities. Although having seen rapid growth, China＇s international trade financing is still in its early stage as compared with developed countries. Many problems exist in the areas such as business operation and risk control, and the FX management needs to be further improved.
