摘　　要：目的探讨半乳糖凝集素3(galectin-3,Gal-3)在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases,COPD)和肺癌(Lung carcinoma)中的表达及其意义.方法 60只雌性SD大鼠随机分为3组:COPD组、肺癌组、空白对照组,每组20只大鼠.COPD组给予气道内注入脂多糖、香烟熏染制备模型.肺癌组给予3,4-苯并芘-玉米油混合溶液肺内注射制备模型.空白对照组正常饲养.观察20周后,用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定各组大鼠血浆半乳糖凝集素3(Gal-3)浓度.结果 COPD组、肺癌组、空白对照组半乳糖凝集素3平均浓度分别为(8.53±0.46)ng/m L、(9.15±0.69)ng/m L、(4.47±0.51)ng/m L.COPD组、肺癌组平均浓度均高于空白对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论半乳糖凝集素3对COPD和肺癌均出现过表达,说明其可能对COPD和肺癌的发生、发展及预后有重要意义.Objective To explore the expression and significance of galectin-3 in COPD and lung cancer.Methods Sixty female SD rats were randomly divided into three groups： COPD group,lung cancer group and the control group with 20 rats in each group. COPD group was given tracheal injection of lipopolysaccharide and exposed to daily cigarette to establish the model. Lung cancer group was injected with 3, 4-benzopyrene-corn mixture. The control group was fed normally. After 20 weeks, plasma galectin-3 concentration was assessed in each group using ELISA method. Results The galectin-3 average concentrations of COPD group,lung cancer group and the control group were（8.63 ±0.46） ng/m L,（9.15±0.69） ng/m L and（4.47±0.51） ng/m L. The average concentrations in COPD and lung cancer groups were higher than that of the control group with a statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion As expressed in COPD and lung cancer, galectin-3may own a great significance to the occurrence, development and prognosis of COPD and lung cancer.
