摘　　要：术后疼痛一直是影响足踝外科患者术后康复训练的重要因素.近年来随着超声引导神经阻滞的临床应用及多模式镇痛的开展,足踝手术患者术后疼痛管理的质量有了显著的改善,就此作一综述.Postoperative pain is an important factor which affects patients’ postoperative rehabilitation training. With the application of ultrasound guided nerve block and multimodal analgesia, the quality of postoperative pain management has improved obviously among patients after foot and ankle surgery. The study has reviewed the related research.
