摘 要:进行双测头直线度测量法影响因素分析对测量系统关键参数优化和精度提升具有重要意义,因此文章首先根据双测头直线度测量原理搭建直线度在位测量系统;随后根据测量系统结构,建立考虑传感器的安装间距和调零误差、环境噪声、试件的安装误差和复杂程度等因素的双测头直线度测量精度仿真分析系统,并全面地分析了上述因数对双测头直线度误差分离精度的影响规律;在此基础上,根据因素分析结论对测量系统传感器安装间距、低通滤波截止频率、试件安装误差等系统参数进行优化,以保证测量系统的测量精度,并对因素分析结论进行验证。Analyzing some factors' influence on precision of the double-probe error separation method for straightness is beneficial to optimizing key parameters of the measurement system and improving its precision. Therefore,This paper,according to the straightness measuring straightness error,establishes a position measurement system for measuring straightness error. Then,based on the structure of the measurement system,a simulation analysis system is built for analyzing some factors' influence on precision of the doubleprobe error separation method,such as installation error and zero error of probes,environmental noise,installation error and complexity of a test specimen. Meanwhile,a comprehensive analysis is done for getting laws of the above factors' influence on precision of the above method. On that basis,some parameters,such as installing distance of probes,low-pass filter cutoff frequency and installation error of specimen,are optimized for ensuring the accuracy of the measure system and verifying the gotten conclusions.
