摘 要:为研究进给量对轴向车铣TC4钛合金刀具磨损的影响,试验采用单因素法,在切削速度vc=100m/min,切削深度ap=5mm条件下,分别对高速轴向车铣钛合金中轴向进给量和每齿进给量对刀具磨损的影响规律进行了研究。结果表明:增加轴向进给量和每齿进给量的均会使刀具磨损加剧,但增加每齿进给量对刀具磨损的加剧作用相对较低。通过增加每齿进给量来提高轴向车铣钛合金的切削除率,更有利于抑制刀具磨损的加剧。In order to study the influence of feed on the tool wear of cutting TC4 titanium alloy by axial turn-milling,and the single factor experiment was done with the cutting speed vc= 100 m / min,cutting depth ap= 5 mm. The influence rule of the axial feed and feed per tooth on the tool wear of cutting titanium alloy by axial turn-milling was respectively studied. The results showthat the increase of axial feed and feed per tooth will aggravate the tool wear,and it relatively slowaggravates the tool wear to increase the feed per tooth. By increasing the feed per tooth to improve the cutting efficiency of the axial turn-milling titanium alloy,it is conducive to restrain from aggravating the tool wear.
