摘 要:针对三种喷嘴孔进行了气固两相流场数值模拟,通过定量的结论来指导喷嘴的选用。基于计算流体力学的方法,建立了欧拉-拉格朗日两相流数值模型,对比分析了气固两相流场的静压,速度的分布以及喷嘴冲蚀磨损的特点。对比发现:气体在流线型和文丘里型喷嘴中膨胀比较充分,收缩型喷嘴对磨料加速性能差,流线型喷嘴性能较好,清理效果佳但不易加工,因此文丘里型喷嘴性价比最高。喷嘴收缩段的冲蚀磨损严重,根据该特点采用梯度功能模型设计抗磨损强的材料,以提高喷嘴整体的耐用度。Numerical simulation of gas-solid two phase flowfield is carried out for three nozzles with hole,guiding the selection of nozzle through quantitative conclusions. Based on computational fluid dynamics method making comparison and analysis the static pressure,the distribution of velocity and the characteristics of the nozzle erosion wear of three kinds of nozzle gas-solid two-phase flowfield. From that,we find gas expansion in the nozzle of the streamline and venturi type is more fully,Contraction nozzle abrasive acceleration performance is poor,Streamline nozzle perform great and its cleaning effect is better,but is not easy to be processed. So select the type of venturi nozzle is the highest cost-effective. the most serious erosion wear happens at nozzle contraction,according to this characteristic designs more anti-fraying material of using gradient function model,so as to improve the overall durability of nozzle.
