摘 要:以CJK6132数控车床主轴箱箱体作为主要研究对象,利用ANSYS Workbench对主轴箱箱体进行三维实体建模,对主轴箱进行动静态分析。根据有限元分析结果,以主轴箱箱体壁厚作为设计变量,箱体质量、应力、应变、第一阶固有频率作为输出参数,利用设计变量与输出参数之间的灵敏度大小简化需优化的模型,在保证主轴箱动静态特性的基础上以主轴箱质量最小为优化目标,运用多目标多尺寸的优化分析,对主轴箱箱体进行有限元分析及优化设计。根据主轴箱优化结果,综合考虑主轴箱的实际工作情况,修改主轴箱箱体的结构,得到优化后的主轴箱模型结构。结果表明,优化后箱体的结构刚度、强度变化不大,固有频率有所降低,重量减轻了12.54%。In CJK6132 CNC lathe headstock box as the main object of study,the use of ANSYS Workbench for headstock box 3D solid modeling. According to the results of finite element analysis,spindle box wall thick as design variables,quality of the box,stress,strain and the first order natural frequency as output parameters,use between the design variables and the output parameter sensitivity to the size of a simplified model for the optimization of the,in ensuring the spindle box based on the static characteristics of the spindle box quality minimum as the optimization objective,the use of multi-objective and dimension optimization analysis,on the spindle box of finite element analysis and optimization design. According to the results of the spindle box optimization,considering the actual working conditions of the main axle box,modify the structure of the spindle box,get the optimized structure of the spindle box model. The results showthat the structural stiffness and strength of the optimized structure is small,the natural frequency is reduced,and the weight is reduced by 12. 54%.
