摘　　要：文章介绍了研制的一种圆锥滚子直径自动测量分组系统。包括机械装置和测控系统,其中机械装置由加载机构、传感器测量机构和滚子定位机构等组成,测控系统由电感位移传感器、PLC和触摸屏等组成。使用一对电感位移传感器差动测量滚子直径方向上两点的位移变化,经过PLC分析处理,得到测量结果并进行直径分组,同时在触摸屏上显示。实验结果表明,测量分组系统的测量精度达到了±0.5μm,能够实现圆锥滚子直径的快速精准测量和不同公差滚子的分组,满足圆锥滚子直径自动测量分组的要求。An automatic measurement and grouping system for the diameter of tapered roller was presented in this paper,which includes mechanism device and control system. The mechanism device is consisted of load mechanism,measuring mechanism using sensors and roller positioning mechanism. The control system is made up of inductive displacement sensors,PLC,touch screen and so on. A pair of inductance displacement sensors is used to differentially measure the displacement changes of two points in the direction of diameter. Meanwhile,the measurement results including the diameters grouping results would be displayed on the touch screen after being analyzed by PLC. Experimental results showed that the system measuring accuracy can reach ± 0. 5μm,which realized both the fast and accurate diameters measurement and group division of tapered rollers and satisfied the requirement of automatic measurement and grouping.
