摘　　要：早泄的临床发病率高,中西医结合疗法是目前国内治疗早泄的最常用疗法。本文从中西医药物联合疗法、药物联合心理或行为疗法、药物联合针灸疗法、药物联合手术疗法等四个方面进行文献综述。分析目前治疗现状存在的问题,提出相应解决方案,为早泄的临床治疗提供参考。The incidence of premature ejaculation（PE） is very high,and integrative western and Chinese medicine therapy is the most frequently used treatment in China. This paper conducted a literature review from the following 4 aspects：integrative Chinese and western medicine therapy,drug combined with psychotherapy or behavioral therapy,drug combined acupuncture therapy,and drug therapy combined with surgical treatment. The article analyzed the present problems and pointed out corresponding solutions,to provide reference for the treatment of PE.
