玉屏风颗粒对复发性生殖器疱疹患者血清IFN-γ、IL-4水平的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:研究玉屏风颗粒对复发性生殖器疱疹患者血清干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)水平的影响。方法:选取从2015年1月至2016年1月在我院就诊的100例复发性生殖器疱疹患者,将所有患者随机均分为治疗组1和治疗组2(各50例),其中治疗组1口服泛昔洛韦片,治疗组2冲服玉屏风颗粒,并从门诊体检处选取50例正常人群作为正常组,对比治疗组1、治疗组2治疗前后血清IFN-γ、IL-4水平。结果:两治疗组患者在治疗前后血清IFN-γ、IL-4水平均有明显的变化,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组2治疗前后的变化明显大于治疗组1,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:玉屏风颗粒在治疗复发性生殖器疱疹患者过程中能明显升高血清IFN-γ、降低IL-4水平。Objectives： To study the effect of Yupingfeng Granules on serum interferon gamma （IFN -γ） and interleukin -4 （IL -4） in patients with recurrent genital herpes. Methods： 100 patients with recurrent genital herpes in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were selected as treatment group and divided into treat- ment group 1 and group 2 randomly, each of 50 cases. Another 50 health people were selected as control group. Treatment group 1 and group 2 was given yupingfeng Granule and famciclovir （FCV） for treatment respectively. The serum levels of IFN - γ and IL - 4 in treatment group I and group 2 was compared between before and after treat- ment. Results ： The serum levels of IFN -γ and IL - 4 in the two treatment group were significantly changed after treatment, with statistically significant difference （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The change in treatment group 2 between before and after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group 1, with statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Yupingfeng Granule in the treatment of patients with recurrent genital herpes can significantly increase the serum IFN -γ and reduce the serum IL- 4.
