摘　　要：通过泥饼失重率指标测试,评选出一种适合水平井筛管完井的泥饼非酸性清洗剂,并对该剂对泥饼清洗效果进行了评价。实验结果表明,0.5%STPP+0.5%APS+0.05%ABS清洗效果最佳,泥饼失重率达86%以上;研究并配套了由SPJ-90泄压阀和皮碗增阻器组成的水平井多级分段清洗工艺管柱;在春光油田现场试验6口井,有效成功率100%。One non-acidic cleaner for removing pipe completion was chosen by testing the index Group Corporation, Zhengzhou, Henan 450000） mud cakes that is suitable for use in horizontal well screen of mud cake weight loss rate, and the effectiveness of this non-acidic cleaner for cleaning mud cakes was evaluated. The results of experiment have shown that the effect is the best with the weight loss rate of mud cakes being higher than 86% when the composition of non-acidic cleaner is 0. 5% STPP ＋0. 5% APS ＋0. 05% ABS. Horizontal well multi-stage cleaning technology tubes composed of Pressure Relief Valve SPJ-90 and one rubber cup drag device were used in the research. This non-acidic cleaner has been used in 6 wells in Chunguang Oilfield in the testing with the effectiveness percent being 100%.
