摘 要:以甲基丙烯酸、高碳醇、富马酸、苯乙烯为原料先酯化后聚合,合成了润滑油降凝剂甲基丙烯酸高碳醇酯-富马酸-苯乙烯共聚物。首先以甲基丙烯酸和高碳醇为原料,通过酯化反应制得甲基丙烯酸高碳醇酯,单因素和正交试验确定的酯化工艺条件为:n(酸)∶n(醇)=1.2∶1,w(对甲苯磺酸)=1.5%,w(溶剂)=55%。所得酯化产物、富马酸和苯乙烯共聚得到目标产物,通过单因素和正交试验确定聚合反应工艺条件:n(甲基丙烯酸高碳醇酯)∶n(富马酸)∶n(苯乙烯)=1∶1∶4,引发剂w(BPO)=0.7%,聚合温度为75℃,聚合时间为3 h。将所制备产物加入150SN润滑油中,凝点可降低12℃。红外光谱分析分析表明,所合成产物的官能团与目标产物一致。A lube oil pour point depressant, i.e. methacrylic acid-high alcohol-fumaric acid-styrene copolymer, was synthesized by subjecting methacrylic acid, high alcohol, fumaric acid and styrene to esterification and polymerization successively. Methyl long chain alkyl acrylate was first prepared in esterification reaction with methaerylic acid and high alcohol as the materials, and the optimum esterification conditions as identified in single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment are: n (acid) : n (alcohol) = 1.2 : 1, w (p-toluenesulfonic acid) = 1.5%, 2 (solvent) = 55%. The target product was prepared with the esterification product, fumaric acid and styrene in the copolymerization process, and the optimum polymerization conditions as identified in single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment are: n (methyl long chain alkyl acrylate) : n (fumaric acid) : n (styrene) = 1 : 1:4, initiator w(BPO) = 0.7%, polymerization temperature: 75 ℃, polymerization time: 3 h. The pour point of Lube Oil 150SN was reduced by 12 ℃ after the prepared product was added to it. The results of infrared (IR) spectra analysis have shown that the functional group of the synthesized product is the same as that of the target product.
