摘　　要：在分析农村电商发展的背景和赣州市农村电商发展现状的基础上,从"互联网+"时代图书馆服务的转型和创新以及地方图书馆自身优势两方面阐述了地方图书馆服务农村电商的可行性,结合赣州市部分县图书馆服务农村电商的具体做法,提出地方图书馆可以通过建立农村电商人才培养机制、打造农村电商信息服务平台、构建农村电商文化体系、推进多方协同合作模式等途径服务农村电商,推动农业现代化的发展,实现从文化惠民到文化富民的转化。Based on the analysis of the background of the rural e-commerce development and the status of Ganzhou＇ s rural e-commerce development, the paper discusses the feasibility of the service of local libraries for rural e-commerce from two aspects which are transformation and innovation of the library service in the era of ＂Internet ＋＂and advantages of the local library＇ s own. At the same time, the paper, combines with the specific practice of part of county library serving rural e-commerce in Ganzhou city, points out that the local libraries can serve rural e-commerce, promote the development of agricultural modernization, and transform from culture benefiting people to culture enriching people, through establishing the talent training mechanism of rural e-commerce, building the information service platform of rural e-commerce, building the culture system of rural e-commerce, and advancing multiparty cooperation model.
