摘　　要：在调研国内部分教育部科技查新工作站平台的基础上,构建了科技查新平台模型,并对客户端"查新用户使用"模型和服务器端"查新系统管理"模型进行了设计和分析,最后提出本模型具有使用的便捷性、功能的智能性、管理的灵活性及数据的安全性等特点。Based on the investigation of some sci-tech novelty retrieval workstation platform of national department of education, this paper constructs sci-tech novelty retrieval platform model, designs and analyzes the client model of ＂use of novelty retrieval users＇and the server model of ＂novelty retrieval system management＂, and puts forward the features of the model, such as ease of use, functional intelligence, management flexibility and data security.
