摘　　要：主题标引质量直接影响文献检索系统的检索效率,因此主题标引的质量控制显得尤为重要。从著录格式、主题词选词、组配规则、主题分析4个方面列举了标引数据中存在的主题标引质量问题,并从图书馆编目人员管理和组织管理角度探讨了解决方法。Subject indexing quality directly affects the efficiency of the document retrieval system, so subject indexing quality control is particularly important. This paper enumerates the problems of the subject indexing quality in indexing data from four aspects of descriptive cataloguing format, subject word selection, coordinate rule and subject analysis, and discusses the solutions from the view of cataloguer management and organization management.
