浅析综合性查新机构查新人员专业与查新项目融合机制的构建

摘　　要：针对科技查新工作中日益突出的查新人员的学科专业与查新项目所属学科专业不对应的现状,在分析查新机构查新人员配置现状的基础上,阐述了查新人员专业与查新项目融合的必要性,通过建立查新项目实用分类,发挥其在查新人员专业与查新项目间的桥梁纽带作用,进而提出构建综合性查新机构查新人员专业与查新项目融合机制的对策,为综合性查新机构高效、保质完成查新工作提供保障。In view of the more severer situation that novelty consultant＇ s specialty is not corresponding to the discipline ;pecialty of the sci-tech novelty search projects, based on analyzing the staffing status of the novelty search organization, his paper expounds the necessity of the fusion of novelty consultant＇ s specialty and novelty search projects, and establishes he practical classification of sci-tech novelty search projects,to play a role of bridge between novelty consultant＇s pecialty and novelty search projects,furthermore,puts forward the countermeasures to construct the fusion mechanism etween novelty consultant＇s specialty and novelty search projects in comprehensive novelty search organization, which rovide the guarantee for high efficiency, high quality to complete the work of sci-tech novelty search in comprehensive novehy search organization.
