摘　　要：通过对电泳涂料开展DOE验证,显著降低了试验次数,缩短了试验周期,确定了最佳工艺参数组合,对现场生产参数设定有指导作用。Through the design of experiments （DOE） verification of the electrophoretic coating, the number of experiments was significantly reduced, the test period was shortened, and the optimal combination of process parameters was determined, which had a guiding effect on the production parameters.
