摘　　要：目的 :探讨氢氟酸烧伤的早期护理措施。方法 :对 10例氢氟酸烧伤病人实行全面系统地早期护理观察 ,主动配合医生实施相应地抢救治疗措施。结果 :部分伤情较轻病人伤后早期有一短暂或时间不太长的潜伏期 ,流动冷水冲洗及相应地急救措施可有效的缓解疼痛症状 ,10例病人全部治愈。结论 :在早期积极实施抢救措施的同时 ,加强对无症状或症状轻微患者的全面细致观察 。Objective: To explore the nursing measures for patients with hydrofluoric acid burn at the early stage. Method: Systematic and comprehensive nursing measures were taken systematically in coordination with the doctor's rescue measures, for treating 10 cases of this disease. Results: Some patients had a short latent period before the symptom appeared. Running water washing of the wounds may relieve the symptom. All the patients were healed. Conclusion: Active nursing measures at the early stage and careful observation of the patients, including those without painful symptoms can help to discover the problems and to take timely nursing measures.
