低频脉冲电刺激干预对宫颈癌根治术后尿潴留的影响

摘　　要：目的观察低频脉冲电刺激干预对妇科宫颈癌术后尿潴留的影响。方法选取郑州大学附属洛阳中心医院2014年6月至2015年12月收治的宫颈癌术后拔除尿管残余尿量在100~150 m L患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组患者给予盆底肌群训练、饮水及排尿指导;观察组患者在对照组处理的基础上,配合低频脉冲电刺激治疗,刺激耻骨联合上方曲骨穴及腰骶部S3区。观察2组患者残余尿量并比较尿潴留发生率。结果观察组和对照组患者的残余尿量分别为(23.46±36.37)mL和(86.79±52.32)mL;观察组患者的残余尿量少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者尿潴留发生率为13.3%(4/30),显著低于对照组的63.3%(19/30)(P<0.01)。结论低频脉冲电刺激耻骨联合上方曲骨穴和腰骶部S3区,对防止宫颈癌根治术后尿潴留的发生有显著疗效。Objective To observe the influence of low frequency pulse stimulation intervention on postoperative urinary retention of patients who underwent radical hysterectomy. Methods A total of 60 patients with 100 - 150 mL residual urine volume after removing catheter after radical hysterectomy in Luoyang Central Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University from June 2014 to December 2015 were selected and randomly divided into control group（ n = 30） and observation group（ n = 30）. The patients in control group received pelvic floor muscle training, drinking and urination guide ; on the basis of control group, the patients in observation group were given low frequency pulse stimulation treatment （ electrode pads were pasted to the curved bone hole above pubic symphysis and lumbosaeral area $3 ）. The residual urine volume and incidence of urinary reten- tion of patients were compared between the two groups. Results The residual urine volume of patients in control group and ob- servation group was （23.46 ±36.37） mL and （ 86.79±52.32 ） mL respectively ; the incidence of urinary retention in control group and observation group was 63.3% （19/30） and 13.3% （4/30） respectively. The residual urine volume and incidence of urinary retention of patients in observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Low frequency pulse stimulation treatment which act on the curved bone hole above the pubic symphysis and lumbosacral area S3 can prevent the occurrence of urinary retention.
