摘　　要：档案社会控制功能呈现为档案确认、防范与追溯下的社会控制行为。这种控制形态可划分为:当档案仍处于文件有效期时,主要用于对现实中的人或事的控制。而当文件退出有效期,进入档案馆保存或处于文件的非现行阶段时,主要发挥社会记忆、社会认识或社会情感上的控制功效。The archives function flects on archives confirmation, of social control appears as a kind of control activity, which mainly rearchives precaution and archives retrospect. The control form is divided as follows： when archives is still in documents＇ validity, they are mainly used to control people or reality, while documents are out of validity and stored in archives or in inactive stage, they mainly exert control function of social memory, social cognition or social emotion.
