档案微信公众号用户持续使用的理论模型及实证研究

摘　　要：本文借鉴扩展的ECM-ISC理论模型,结合档案微信公众号的特性,将信息质量、服务质量、交互质量和用户习惯等引入模型中,构建了档案微信公众号用户持续关注的行为模型,探讨影响用户持续使用意愿的关键因素及作用机制,并提出相关假设,运用实证方法对模型进行检验分析,得到了若干结论。最后据此提出了一些提升档案微信公众号用户持续使用意愿的建议和对策。Combined with the features of archives WeChat official accounts, several factors including information quality,service quality,interaction quality and users＇ habits are introduced into the extended ECMISC model and then this paper constructs the users＇ continued attention behavior model of archives WeChat official accounts in order to explore the key factors on influencing users＇ continued using intention and its mechanism. Then the author puts forward some assumptions and tests the model by the method of empirical research. Finally, some suggestions and countermeasures on promoting users＇ continued using intention are proposed based on the above conclusions.
