摘　　要："择业难"是困扰我国高校毕业生有效就业的难题之一。本文从高校职业指导教育有效开展的角度探索高校毕业生就业决策困难的影响因素,提出高校的职业指导教育应强化职业体验,构建实践导向的职业指导课程体系,实施更个性化与多元化的职业指导教育,提升高校毕业生就业决策自主性和理性决策能力。＂Career decision-making difficuhy＂ is one problem that troubled graduates＂ effectively employment in China. The present study explore the factors that influences career decision-making difficulties of Chinese graduates from the prospective of the validity of career education.And proposed that the career education in universities should strengthen the professional experience, and take active attitudes to construct a career guidance curriculum system with practice-oriented. The career education should be more personalized and various, and at the same time it is necessary for graduates to work hard to promote autonomy and rationality in the decision-making process.
