摘　　要：1病例资料患者,男,71岁,因阵发性胸痛20d于2015-01-07入院。患者20d前活动时发生心前区疼痛,症状持续10min,经休息缓解。此后上诉症状反复发作,活动及休息时均有发作。既往有高血压病史。入院体检：血压170/80mmHg（1mmHg=0.133kPa）;双肺呼吸音清;心率72次/min,心律齐。心电图示：正常心电图。入院诊断为冠心病不稳，Summary Coronary artery perforation is one of the serious complications after pereutaneous coronary intervention. The treatment of coronary artery perforation included an extensive balloon expansion, protamine heparin, coated stents, and emergency surgery, in order to avoid Surgery, we choosed one drug eluting stents in this ease and got success.
