摘 要:以甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)为单体,二乙烯苯(DVB)为交联剂,采用悬浮聚合法制备GMA-DVB共聚物,进一步通过多乙烯多胺与环氧基之间的开环反应,制备固态胺吸附剂。研究了有机胺类型、吸附温度、流速等对CO_2吸附性能的影响。结果表明,当吸附温度为25℃、流速为30m L/min、CO_2浓度为10vol%、有机胺为TEPA时,此固态胺吸附剂对CO_2的吸附量达到1.93mmol/g。经过8次循环再生吸附后,吸附量仍能保持在初始吸附量的97%。同时采用FT-IR、EA、BET、TG等方法对吸附材料进行了表征。研究结果表明,此固态胺吸附材料具有良好的热稳定性,对CO_2具有良好的吸附性能,是一种理想的固态胺吸附剂。A novel solid amine adsorbent was prepared by a suspension polymerization of divinylbenzene (DVB) and glycidyl methacrylate (GMA), followed by aminating with tetraethylenepentamine (TEPA). Its potentiality for efficient adsorption of CO2 from the simulated flue gas component of lOvol% CO2 in N2 was evaluated. Various adsorption parameters such as organic amine type, adsorption temperature and flow rate was investigated. The CO2 adsorption amount reached 1.93mmol/g at 25℃when the flow rate was 30mL/min. The regenerability of adsorbent was also studied by performing eight adsorpfion-desorption cycles over the temperature range of 25℃ (adsorption) to 75℃ (desorption). Moreover, the prepared adsorbents were characterized by N2 adsorption-desorption, FT-IR, EA and TGA. All these results suggested this solid amine adsorbent has a potential for CO2 recovery at low concentrations.
