摘 要:补连塔矿井下平衡式自动风门处在高负压巷道内,2扇风门反向启闭,受风门内外压差作用,接缝不严密漏风大,安装时需要掘进风门硐室,使用过程中依靠电能做为动力容易导致事故;通过分析确定了风门同向启闭模式、气动、PLC控制系统等关键参数;选用JISI型动力驱动气缸等关键原件,研制了煤矿井下同向气动自动风门。风门安装时无需掘进硐室,结构简单;风门以井下现有压风系统控制实现自动启闭,安全节能。现场实践应用表明:风门系统的2扇风门同向启闭,风压越大风门关闭越严密,故障少维护比较方便,安全性能高,大大提升了井下通风系统的可靠性。Underground balance-type automatic door is in high negative pressure of roadway, and two fans are reverse opening and closing; under the effect of inside and outside pressure difference of air door, the jointed seam is imprecise and air leakage is big, which needs air door chamber during installation. However, depending on electricity as a power for air door in use process is easy to cause accident. Through the analysis, we determine the co-rotating opening and closing model, pneumatic parameter, PLC control system of air door, and select JISI driving cylinder, develop the pneumatic automatic door in the coal mine. The structure of air door is simple without tunneling chamber during installation, and the air door uses underground existing compressed air system control to realize automatic opening and closing, and is safety and energy saving. Practical application shows that two fans of the air door system are opening and closing in the same direction, and the greater of air pressure, the more closely of the air door closing; less fault and convenient maintenance, high safety performance greatly improve the reliability of mine ventilation system.
