生物反馈联合电刺激在盆底功能障碍性疾病中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨生物反馈联合电刺激在盆底功能障碍性疾病中的应用效果。方法选取2013年1-12月该院收治的盆底功能障碍患者206例,随机分为对照组与研究组,对照组应用Kegal训练,研究组应用生物反馈联合电刺激治疗,对比两组患者治疗结果。结果治疗前两组患者盆底肌收缩力、尿失禁程度以及尿垫试验结果对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组患者均有改善,研究组患者的盆底肌收缩力高于对照组,尿失禁程度以及尿垫试验结果低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);研究组患者子宫缩复不良、子宫脱垂、子宫后倾后屈以及阴道壁膨出的发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);治疗前两组患者性生活质量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组患者治疗3个月、6个月后性生活质量均有改善,研究组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论盆底功能障碍性疾病应用生物反馈联合电刺激治疗的效果理想。Objective To explore the application effect of biofeedback combined with electrical stimulation in treatment of pelvic floor dysfunctional diseases. Methods A total of 206 patients with pelvic floor dysfunctional diseases treated in the hospital from January to December in 2013 were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group. The patients in control group were treated by Kegal training,while the patients in study group were treated by biofeedback combined with electrical stimulation. The curative effects in the two groups were compared. Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in pelvic floor muscle contraction,the degree of urinary incontinence and urine pad test result between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the patients in the two groups were significantly improved,pelvic floor muscle contraction in study group was significantly higher than that in control group,while the degree of urinary incontinence and urine pad test result in study group were significantly lower than those in control group,there were statistically significant differences（ all P〈0. 05）. The incidence rates of poor contraction of the uterus,uterine prolapse,uterine retroversioflexion,and vaginal wall swelling in study group were statistically significantly lower than those in control group（ all P〈0. 05）. There was no statistically significant difference in the quality of sexual life before treatment between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）; at 3 and 6 months after treatment,the quality of sexual life was improved in the two groups,study group was statistically significantly better than control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The effect of biofeedback combined with electrical stimulation in treatment of pelvic floor dysfunctional diseases is ideal.
