摘　　要：目的:为了提高医疗器械清洗后的清洗质量,降低锈蚀率,延长器械的使用寿命,确保灭菌效果。方法:将实验样品随机分组,采用卡方检验分析组间差异。结果:实验组器械清洗合格率高于对照组(92.3%<97.3%)、锈蚀率、耗损率低于对照组(6.98%>2.92%)(0.11%>0.05%)。结论:对器械进行日常保养能有效地提高手术器械的清洗质量,减少锈渍的发生,延长器械的使用寿命。Objective To improve the surgical instruments＂ quality after cleaning, reduce corrosion rate and extend the service life of the instruments to ensure sterilization. Methods The samples were randomized into two groups,and chisquare test was used to analyze the differences between groups. Results The qualified rate of the instruments in the ex- perimental group was higher than that in the control group（92.3%〈97. 3%）, and the corrosion rate and wear rate were lower than those in the control group（6.98%～2.92%）（0.11%～0.05%）. Conclusions Routine maintenance of medical instruments can effectively improve the cleaning quality of surgical instruments, reduce the occurrence of rust stains and prolong the service life of the instruments.
