摘　　要：【目的/意义】突发事件通过互联网形成网络舆情,网络舆情又将突发事件反复发酵,使突发事件舆情信息生态链系统得以演化。【方法/过程】基于信息生态链理论构建突发事件舆情信息生态链系统,分析其系统构成要素,利用协同学理论及系统动力学方法,阐述突发事件舆情信息生态链系统的协同演化机理。【结果/结论】提出突发事件舆情信息生态链系统的治理策略。[Purpose/significance]The formation of emergency network public opinion is through the Internet, the network of public opinion and the incident repeats and fermentes,which promotes the evolution of emergency public opinion infor- mation ecological chain system. [Method/process] Based on the theory of information ecological chain analysis, the paper analyzes the key elements of the system, using the theory of synergetics and the method of system dynamics to explore the co-evolution mechanism. [Result/conclusion] Puts forward the management strategy of emergency public opinion informa- tion ecology chain system.
