摘　　要：【目的/意义】针对中小网店在发展过程中存在的信息传递不畅问题进行研究,以帮助中小网店加深信息优化程度和提高自身竞争力。【方法/过程】基于信息生态链理论,提出网店信息传递效率DEA评价方法,构建网店信息传递效率的评价指标,并通过实证研究方法对其适用性进行检验。【结果/结论】评价结果表明,大部分网店的信息传递综合效率都高于平均水平,部分非DEA有效的网店存在产出不足和投入产出比不合理的现象,需要在网店运营过程中优化改进。[Purpose/significance] This study is aimed at the unsmooth problems of small online shops＇ information transfer ,in order to shed light on improvement of small online shops＇ competitiveness and information optimization of them. [Method/process] The method about evaluation of transfer efficiency of online shop information on EDA is proposed from the theory of information ecological chain. It establishes the evaluation index of the transfer efficiency of online shop information. The applicability of the method is tested by using the empirical research method. [Result/conclusion] The data shows that, the information transfer comprehensive efficiency of most online shop is above average.Some non-DEA efficient online shop exists the phenomenon of insufficient output and unreasonable input-output ratio ,it needs to be optimized in the operation.
