摘　　要：目的探讨替加环素治疗泛耐药肺炎克雷伯菌所致菌血症的临床疗效。方法对1例使用替加环素治疗泛耐药肺炎克雷伯菌菌血症的病例进行分析。结果和结论替加环素是联合治疗泛耐药肺炎克雷伯菌菌血症的一种选择。Objective To investigate the efficacy of tigecycline in the treatment of bacteremia caused by extensive drug resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae. Methods To analyse a case of extensive drug resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae bacteremia treated with tigecyeline combined therapy. Results and conclusion Tigecycline is an option in the combinative treatment of extensive drug resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae bacteremia.
